General Description:
Khosh alkyd paint No. 11 is based on high quality medium oil alkyd resin.
Khosh alkyd Paint presents high gloss and color retention and is resistant against light and weathering.
Khosh Alkyd Paint shows very good mechanical properties.

Field of Application:
Khosh Alkyd Paint is applied as finish coat for different kinds of cars, minibus and bus another vehicles.

Gloss: 95+5%
Shade: In different shades are available.
Spreading rate: Theoritically 16 Sqm2/lit for white shade and 50 m2/lit for black shade.
Solid content: 52-60% by weight , depends on shade.
38-43% by volume, depends on shade.
Flash Point: 35C
Density: 0.9-1.16 gr/cm3 at 25 C depends on shade.
Viscosity: 150-160 SEC/DIN4 at 25 C.
Surface Drying: 1.5 hour for wet film thickness of 60 Mic at 25 C.
Recoat interval: Min 12 hours.
Thinner: For thinning the paint and cleaning of utensils use Khosh thinner No.11
Shelf Life: 12 months.

Mode of Application:
Khosh Automotive Alkyd Paint should be used on quit clean and dry surfaces. Before application stir it completely to achieve a homogenous paint and then add about 40% of Khosh thinner No.11.
Khosh Automotive paint can be used by airspray or by brush.
In confined spaces use adequate ventilation during spraying the paint.
