NC AUTOMOTIVE PAINT NO.88
General Description:
Khosh NC Paint No. 88 is based on NC lacquer and special Alkyd resin. Weathering
Khosh NC paint presents very good gloss and color retention and is resistant
against light and Khosh NC Paint is resistant against gasolin and mineral
oils too.
Field
of Application:
Khosh NC Paint is applied as finish coat for different kinds of cars and other
vehicles.
It dries quickly and therefore, in dusty climate of low temperature condition
can serve as a suitable paint.

Gloss: 95 +5%
Shade: In different shades are available
Solid content: 30-52% by weight, depends on shade.
27-37% by volume, depends on Shade.
Spreading rate: theoretically 12.5 Sqm/lit for
white shade and 50 Sqm/lit for black shade.
Flash Point: 18C
Density: 0.9-1.17 gr/cm3 at 25 C depends on shade.
Viscosity: 190-200 Second/DIN4 at 25 C.
Surface Drying: 5 min/25 C
Through Drying: 1.5 hr/25 C.
Recoating Interval Time: Min 6 hours.
Thinner: For thinning the paint and cleaning
of utensiles use Khosh thinner No. 88
Shelf Life: 24 months.
Mode of Application:
Khosh Nc Paint should be used on quite clean and dry surfaces.
Before application, stir it completely to achieve a homogenous paint and then
add about %60-100 of Khosh thinner No.88.
The unsuitable thinner effects on adhesion and gloss besides the other physical
characteristics.
