TWO COMPONENT POLYURETHANE AUTOMOTIVE FINISHES:

General Description:
Khosh paint No.21, is a Polyurethane paint based on acrylic and polyurethane resin with high gloss and stability.
It is resistant against water, abrasion and impact and splashes of petrol, mineral and animal oils, the product is durable in severe atmospheric condition near the sea and or industrial areas.
The paint surface easily will be cleaned from dust and other contaminations when cured completely.

Field Of application:
This paint is used as a decorative and protective finishing coat on various substrates like steel, aluminium, fiber glass, reinforced polyester.
The minimum temperature required to harden is-10C.

Application Condition:
The surface must be completely clean and dry at the time of application, and its temperature must be above the dew point to avoid condensation. Minimum temperature for curing is - 10 C. At the freezing point and below, be aware of the risk of the surface which hinder the adhesion. Light rain, high humidity and/ or condensation during application and the following 16 hours (20 C and RH 60-85%) may adversely affect the film formation. In confined spaces provide adequate ventilation during application and drying.

Thinning:
Thinner AB-128 is percomended as appropriate for application at temperature up to application temperature thinner AB-129 is recommended.
