KHOSH BASE COAT AUTOMOTIVE PAINT NO.54
General
specification:
Air-drying Base coat paint No.54 is an Acrylic resin
based paint with diversified colors containing organic, mineral and pearle
scent pigments.
The paint is also composed of clear coat polyurethane which gives more brightness,
consistency and resistance against UV ray, moist, gasoline and deep corrosion
at locations near the sea or industrial conditions. It has also proven to
be highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and other mechanical properties.
Uses:
Base coat clear coat pack, applied as the final layer, adds more resistance,
protection and decoration to the product in all types of vehicles.
The minimum temperature required to harden is+10c.
Method
of applying:
This paint can be applied by common paint sprinklers with the proportion of
%6-%20 thinner, depending on the viscosity of the paint. When the base coat
is dried at the surface, spray a mixture of clear No.21 and hardner No. 923-71
on it.
To avoid the moist to be mixed with the applied paint you should, clean and
dry the surface, and the temperature should be higher than the dew point as
well. The minimum temperature required for the paint to harden is +10 c. you
should comply with points on applying two packs polyurethane paint.
